A Career Counseling Session was successfully organized for all sections of Grade 10 students in our school. The session was conducted from 11 May to 18 May,2026 by expert counselors Mr. R.S. Bawa and Mr. Amit Kumar from Career Compass. Both counselors were highly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and experienced in guiding students regarding career choices and future opportunities.
As a part of the program, a Psychometric Test was conducted for the students to assess their interests, aptitude, personality traits, and career preferences. The counseling sessions were then carried out based on the reports and analysis of these tests, helping students receive personalized guidance according to their strengths and interests.
The program included one-to-one counseling sessions with students along with their parents. The counselors patiently addressed individual concerns and provided proper guidance regarding suitable career paths and subject choices.

An additional counseling session was also conducted for Grade 12 students on 27 May,2026. During the session, students actively participated by asking various queries related to career options, higher education courses, competitive exams, and future planning. The counselors answered all questions in an interactive and satisfactory manner.
The program also included personal interaction and an open-house discussion, which allowed students and parents to communicate freely and gain clarity regarding career decisions. The students were highly satisfied, happy, and motivated after attending the sessions.
Overall, the counseling program proved to be highly informative and beneficial for both students and parents.
